We aim to despatch wholesale CBD orders the same working day with next day UK delivery, if we confirm we have received payment before 1:00pm, Monday to Thursday.
For orders placed on Fridays, we aim to despatch the order the same day (assuming payment confirmation) to arrive the following Monday, or earlier if possible (courier dependent).
CBD wholesale orders placed over the weekend will be despatched the following Monday with next day delivery (assuming payment has been confirmed). Orders placed on public or bank holidays will be despatched the next working day.
If there are any unexpected delays to your order, a member of our team will get in touch – you can use the courier tracking number provided to check the status of your order on the courier website.
Our standard refund policy applied for CBD wholesale products. Alongside our friendly customer service, we enforce strict quality testing and safety standards on all of our CBD products and raw materials, and every care is taken to ensure we provide only the best quality CBD products.
However, if there are issues with the quality of the product, the order itself is incorrect or any mistakes have been made by our team, then please get in touch to let us know and to arrange a return for inspection. Once any issues have been confirmed by our team, we can then replace the order, issue you credit towards your next order or refund the order.
Labelling is not provided for wholesale products as standard. However, if you do require label printing for CBD wholesale products, please get in touch with a member of our team and we may be able to offer a label printing quote for larger quantities that you can apply to the products yourself, in-house.
