What are the requirements for opening a trade account with Dushey?

We are a trade only business (Business to Business). Once we can confirm this with a few details your account will be approved by your dedicated account manager and you can start ordering online, over the phone or by email.

How do I open an account?

How long does it take to be approved for a trade account?

Dushey have account managers on standby ready to help all customers and we will strive to approve your account within 3 hours, Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 17:00 GMT

Can I have a credit account?

Due to the nature of the business, Dushey’s payment terms are strictly proforma.

How can I make an order and how long does it take?

Do you have the products available in stock and in the UK?

Our UK stock management system is linked directly to the website and all available products are clearly displayed in green text on the product page.

Do you have anything else available that is not currently available online?

Due to our strict quality management system (QMS) we operate, All products that have been signed off as compliant will automatically be listed online so all customers are up to date with our full availability.

I want a special blend of cannabinoids do you make products to order?

PAYMENT

If I place an order today how do I pay for it?

Once you have placed an order you will receive a sales order with the payment amount and bank details on, Simply BACS or CHAPS the payment into our bank account and one of our finance team will be in touch to confirm the funds have been received.

Can I pay by PayPal or credit card?

Unfortunately, Our company policy is to accept BACS or CHAPS payments only.

I am worried about fraud, How can I confirm I am paying the correct company?

Our company policy is to confirm the bank details are correct by calling the beneficiary and receiving a verbal confirmation as well as written so we advise all our customers to follow the same procedure. Call finance now +44 (0)203 302 7048

DELIVERY

Where is the product stored and dispatched from?

All products available on our website are stored at our UK facilities in a temperature-controlled environment that is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

If I order today when will my parcel arrive?

All available products ordered before 13:00 GMT will be dispatched the same day with a secure parcel service for next day delivery T&Cs Apply.

Can I collect my order?

Due to the strict processes and time scale, all orders must be dispatched via our courier service.

RETURNS

Bulk & Raw Materials

Our standard returns policy allows customers up to 30 days to return bulk and raw materials products. If there is an issue with your order or with a product you have received, please get in touch as soon as possible and our customer support team will help to resolve this.

However, please note that due to contamination and hygiene concerns, any products including bulk and raw materials that do not have a fault can only be returned if they are clearly unused, unopened and in original condition. 

White Label
Due to the bespoke nature of white label products which are made to order for specific brands, we cannot offer refunds on white label products.
 
Our design and production teams will be in contact with the customer throughout the process and we will not begin production until we have received written confirmation from the customer that they are happy to go ahead.

I have received my parcel but one of the items is damaged, can I return it?

Yes, in the rare case that a damaged product is received by our customers, we will collect the faulty product and a replacement will be dispatched, hassle-free.

If this is the case, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can quickly assist in replacing the product. (within the 30 days return window).
